The spiralling vortex of air forces ash fall to the bottom. with special cooling system 35 C temperature of touchable ash reduce no water necessary. 

Auto controlled husk feeder by a variable speed inverter with pid control ensure regular and even hot air supply minimum time delay between start up and actual operation (temperature increase from 0 C to 150 C with in 10 minutes) 

Heat Exchanger system is posibelity use for all Grain to drying.Because output hot air produces very clean and not corosif at metal contact. 

Auto Off controlled Husk furnace is integrited system to the dryer posibelity safety from fire danger,simple and easy to the operation
